Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to quality and safety, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed. Each item is custom-made or carefully packaged to ensure freshness and integrity for your pet.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing store credit when appropriate.
